 Full hot tub clean consist of a total drain and clean of inside and out replacement of water and chemicals, Filters cleaned UV protection on the cover 

Monthly maintenance consist of once a month a technician will come and test and balance water,spray off filters, and add UV protection to the cover 

Summer closures consist of complete drain getting the most water you can get out of a hot tub (You cannot get all the water out). pillows and filters removed and UV Protection added to the cover. (Summer cover installed if provided)

Acid wash in a hot tub consist of removing Calcium that sticks to the shell of a hot tub and has a sand paper like texture to the feel. it consist of multiple trips and extra Chemicals used to remove then finish with the a full drain and clean of the spa and UV protection of the cover. 

Sometimes because of the lack of maintenance and care a hot tub can explode with bacteria,or other growing organisms that can flourish in a hot tub environment that cause a technician to have to provide expert expertise to get the tub back in show room condition, and there are added time and chemicals to complete the service. 

Sometimes you inherit a hot tub and you would like a service tech to examine things and even give you a walk through on how to use and maintain the spa and or locate issues regarding the hot tub. In that case its a typical service call for emergency service such as Air B&B"s that need one of the above services on the same day $80 will be added to the cost of the service.
